Located at the I-95 and St. Johns Heritage Parkway SE interchange, Emerald Lakes provides diverse Residential Housing and Business Opportunities, including a Mixed Use Downtown with a Crystal Lagoon, Resort Hotel, Retail Shops, Professional Offices, Educational Campus and the Business & Technology Park. At buildout, Emerald Lakes will directly support 11,798 jobs annually and generate an additional 6,572 full-time jobs within Brevard County.

With over 2.8 million square feet of office, retail, institutional, medical and research use and 3,760 homes, Emerald Lakes has been inspired by the concept of sustainability–the notion that a community can meet human needs now and in the future, while  maintaining equilibrium with the natural environment.

St. Johns Heritage Parkway SE has completed 9 miles of new roads including the Northern and Southern Interchanges, ultimately providing an alternative loop to I-95 and northern Brevard County.
